If you have demonstrated the ability to conduct assessments, develop client-centered action plans, provide treatment, and utilize support staff (kinesiologist and/or OTA/PTA)and provide detailed and concise documentation, specific and measurable recommendations, we invite you to submit your application for consideration.
Experience in outpatient clinic preferred.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Must be registered and in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapist of Ontario.
Must be an ADP authorizer.
